- Unless one qualifies as a fully vaccinated traveler, one cannot enter Canada as an international student. See following link from Government of Canada on How to qualify as a fully vaccinated traveller.
- All new and existing international students enrolled at Pacific Professional Flight Centre who plan to travel to Canada are required to notify us prior to their date of travel by submitting the Travel Plan Declaration form below.
Before completing the form below, you must review Public Health Measures for Travelers to Canada and Travel Exemptions and Restrictions for International Students for important information such as government travel restrictions and regulations.
Self-isolation is a very serious matter. Local police may enforce self-isolation orders and violations are punishable by a fine of up to $750,000 and/or imprisonment for 6 months and/or becoming inadmissible to Canada.
